The home shown in the photos (we have others – see the last sentence) has hardwood floors in the dining room and the kitchen. It also has top end stainless appliances with upgraded cabinets and a large living room including a 32" LCD TV. Plush carpet with upgraded pad, a gas fireplace and central A/C are included. An 8' x 18' deck has great views of Colorado's Front Range.

The large master bedroom has its own dual sink bath, a large roman tub, upgraded tile, walk in closet, and mountain views. There is a laundry room on the entry level with full size washer and dryer. A 1/2 bath with pedestal sink is adjacent to the great room. This home has rounded corners and textured walls throughout with window treatments on all windows.

Very close are Super Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohls, King Soopers, gas stations, the Post Office, and more restaurants and services than you can count. Close proximity to downtown Colorado Springs (20 min), Air Force Academy (10 min), Denver (40 min) and all Colorado Springs military bases. There is very easy access to I-25 with two exits within a few miles.

Monthly rates start as low as $2,100 per month depending on unit size, location, and amenities. We have homes from 2 bed/2 bath to 3 bed/3.5 baths, some with carports or garages. With rates starting as low as $69.04 per night, we can be much more cost effective than a hotel room! Winter discounts are offered for October to March two month or longer rentals. A security deposit is required for all of our rentals. Small pets are welcome – extra monthly rent and a non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
